It is proposed that this milestone be marked complete when COMC-2954 is achieved, with a redesigned/respecified version of the EFD replication test (now EFD reformatting) broken out as a separate integration exercise and corresponding milestone.
Close 9 obsolete planning issues. The underlying work is in general complete or, if not, reflected by work otherwise documented.

the current status is:
COMC-2884 (basic CCS-OCS communication, and the like for DMCS): done in April 2017 integration exercise
COMC-2894 (populate EFD with dummy telemetry, at least from Camera): done in April 2017 integration exercise
COMC-2904 (OCS-DM-TCS-CCS Start/end of night test): done as key outcome of April 2017 integration exercise (#3)
COMC-2954 (DM Demonstrates ability to compile and link against the v1 DAQ software): enabled by July 2017 installation of DAQ test stand and software at NCSA, expected to be complete by September 2017
COMC-2914 (Test of EFD replication under DM device control): deferred by redesign of EFD from verbatim replication to "EFD reformatting / ETL", expected to be demonstrated in S18 cycle
