            Setting team to SQuaRE for now, although, in practice, it's possible somebody from Pipelines will do this. In any event, I think it's blocking on the necessary infrastructure being available for the new template to actual be put to use. Jonathan Sick, do you know if there's a ticket for that work?

            Thanks John Swinbank. I don't have tickets yet for creating the reStructuredText directives that task topics need.
