      Description

Using instructions provided by Lauren MacArthur, demonstrate that you can shepherd processing of an HSC RC dataset on Tiger or Perseus. Use a current LSST stack (e.g. the latest weekly at the time you start).

            What Paul said.

Your log looks like the processing did not finish and dropped out before any forced photometry starts.

OK, thanks! I'm wondering if there might be a problem related to the pre-made skyMap I was using, so I'm trying again, this time generating a fresh default one using makeSkyMap.py. I think that's the only difference between what I'm trying to do and what you've done? If this dies again, I'll ping you to look more closely at exactly what I'm running.

Tim Morton [X] — I think this ticket is now done, in that you've demonstrated that you can process the RC dataset (& do so with a minimal number of keystrokes, from what you said yesterday): great! Are you still trying to track down segfaults? If so, I suggest you add a new ticket for that. Other than that, is there anything else we need to do to close this one out?

Nope, I just confirmed actually with DM-10748 that I can run everything
without segfaults. So the segfaults must have been some quirk of past
weeklies. I'm good closing this out.
