      Description

      As per the discussion in RFC-315, two config parameters need to be added to overscanCorrection() to allow excluding the first and last n rows.

      Both parameters should default to 0, so that the default configuration reproduces current functionality.

            I think that this ticket is asking for parameters to exclude the first and last n columns, not rows
