Recover and load SDSS PDAC metadata

      Description

      The current PDAC tables in QServ do not have associated metadata with them. That metadata should be recovered, and add schema to lsst/cat project, as well as the schema in https://github.com/lsst-dm/db_pdac_stripe82.

            Work needs to be performed to fix the schema parser as well. That work is actually captured in DM-10375.

            Hi Andy,

            This was parseable by the metaserv parser, so I think it should be fine for the cat scripts, but I'm not sure how the view stuff is supposed to work. That said, I can remove the views.

            I'm also missing the indexes, but that's a different issue.

            And I'm not sure about view definition, to me it seems it does not matter, and it's commented. Igor Gaponenko, is DeepSource view need there?

            Andy Salnikov I'm not sure if anyone needs that view. I have it in the catalog for the sake of compatibility with the original Summer 2013 Data Challenge exercise. Just in case.
