      Description

      Provide a mechanism to show the coverage of dataset, e.g.  the SDSS Stripe 82 data, HSC processed data,  ...
      DM-9350 described a procedure to make the region files for Stripe 82 images.

      This will make better user experience in exploring the data.

            We should try to generate MOC for Stripe82 data and use it as test case for coverage display.

            The Uplink function in Firefly could upload a MOC file and overlay it properly on HiPS images. User could get the MOC file for a dataset and upload it to see the coverage.

            Just to expand on this a bit: Firefly now has the ability to display MOCs, and the ability to select MOCs from a back-end-provided table.

            Under DM-34689 we will develop the ability to produce MOCs from DRP (since a coverage MOC is part of each HiPS image map).
