      Description

Currently we have a new button "View Time Series: 3597607817453989" appear at the top if the table after search forced source. We could have this button appear after the object search.
But time series data is only available for i-band data. We need to add logic so the new button is clickable when an i-band Object row is selected, greyed-out when a row from a different band is selected, and provides a (long) tooltip that explains the point about forced photometry being limited to i-band Objects.

The same workflow should be implemented for AllWISE source data. From AllWISE source, the tool should get the associated the forced sources (in AllWISE multiepoch photometry table) and launch the Time series tool.
