Description
The switch, pdu, + kvm for the macpros need to be unboxed, checked for basic function, have firmware updates installed and have basic network configuration.

- A /24 subnet allocation has been obtained from NOAO CIS
- A juniper switch, raritan kvm, and raritan managed PDU have had firmware updated, been configured, and installed in a rackmount cabinet shared with the CIS phone system
- the macpros were physically migrated to the NOAO DC and the ESXI network configuraiton updated
- CIS opened border firewall holes so that SQRE could manage its own ACLs
- the production jenkins (ci.lsst.codes) osx buld agent configuration was updated
