Add afw.display getting started tutorial

      Description

      Extend the "Getting Started" tutorial series with a tutorial on using afw.display to display exposures and source tables from the processCcd.py step. This is a realistic step users will want to perform to understand the output of processCcd.py before proceeding with coaddition. The tutorial will also introduce table, dataset, and other Python API concepts.
