Size map field allows to tie table column to the pixel size of the marker. To make sure all points are visible, we might need to scale point size in pixels so that it falls into some predefined valid range (ex. 4px to 100px), otherwise it is possible that the points are invisible or too big.

The scaling should be optional to allow user to define her own scaling function (size map field supports expressions).
