Add Getting Started tutorial about multi-band forced photometry catalog analysis

      Description

      This tutorial will be added to the Getting Started tutorial series at pipelines.lsst.io (DM-10637 and DM-11034). The tutorial will explore the forced photometry catalogs and cover a semi-realistic analysis of the catalog, and involve making plots and understanding measurement algorithms.

      The tutorial can borrow from pipe_analysis's tasks.
