Change "fluxSigma" to "fluxErr" everywhere

      Description

      As part of dealing with DM-10302 and DM-10933, we can do an "easy" thing and change fluxSigma to fluxErr in all stack code and catalogs. This is less daunting than changing Sigma everywhere, involving only 296 changes over 68 files, instead of 2117 over 287. It's also a clearer change: anywhere we have fluxSigma we almost certainly meant to say fluxErr, whereas some of our Sigma}}s elsewhere are really {{Sigma.

            We could change essentially all remaining measurement uncertainty fields by also doing: xSigma, ySigma, xxSigma, yySigma, and xySigma. I suspect these are also unlikely to result in changes we don't want.
