Coverage image doesn't show all the sources from a table

      Description

      In Gator but also in default Firefly tri-view, the coverage image doesn't show all the sources from a table. It can happen either on the initial result search when large fields (see IRSA-537) depending on the source input targets or after a table filter.

      To test this issue:
      do a AllWISE source catalog cone search around m78 with 300'' radius search. Then filter the table on the designation column "Like 9.0", see that the table shows 4 sources but the image has been reduced/zoomed in and show only 3 sources overlaid.

            If we don't change the background image when applying filter, this bug will be fixed.

            With HiPS image as the background image, this issue could be closed now.  Gator selected using 2MASS K_s image when switching  from HiPS to FITS, the maximum size still miss one source on image, but it was overlaid at the proper position off image.
