      Description

      Using the interface defined in DM-740, implement a Chebyshev-based implementation to be used to interpolate aperture corrections across CCD-level interfaces.

      A prototype is available on the HSC fork, which can be copied directly, modulo any interface changes on DM-740. For more information, see the HSC Jira issue (which also includes the work associated with DM-740):

            I've made the duplication explicit in the ticket. INVALID is the correct status for duplicates.
