In html pages (API mode) when trying to display a coverage element it appears with a empty background image instead of a specific coverage image. This was working earlier and works in IRSA ops. My guess is that the high level API has changed and need to be check/fix and then code in Gator might need a adjustment.

Seems that this is happening only in API mode.

Please fix.
