          I expect DM-11624 to be resolved later today or tomorrow. It looks like holding onto the .failed files has ended up making the transition easier.

          Junit support has deployed to production. This issue is being left open to watch for fallout and until a c.l.o. post describing the basic changes has been made.

          Builds in the production environment were always failing without running junit report processing or artifacting. After much grief, it was determined that the pipeline-utility-steps plug was missing from the list of puppet installed jenkins plugins. Installing this plugin resolved the problem.
