When using the new upload feature, the table search result can't be locally saved

      Description

      While using the upload feature, and after displaying the result table search.
      The table can't be saved/downloaded to disk.
      Clicking on the disk icon doesn't do anything.

          I tried to upload a simple IPAC table, and a URL https://irsa.ipac.caltech.edu/SCS?table=allsky_4band_p3as_psd&RA=202.48417&DEC=47.23056&SR=0.01

          Both worked as expected.
