Description

As reported by Fritz Mueller on slack, it appears that deploy is unable to recover a failed miniconda installation:

::: Deploying Miniconda3 4.2.12 for MacOSX-x86_64

ERROR: File or directory already exists: /Users/square/jenkins/workspace/stack-os-matrix/osx.py3/lsstsw/miniconda

script returned exit code 1

A possible work around is to remove the $LSSTSW/miniconda directory if the $LSSTSW/miniconda/.deployed lock file is absent.
