      Description

      Develop a common SQL schema that represents concrete DataRefs and DataUnits and their relationships that could be used in many different environments, and see if it can be mapped (via views, primarily) to the sort of production database schema imagined by NCSA.

      Jim Bosch and Pim Schellart [X] are working on this together, and hence there will be one ticket for each.
