Helm is a platform for deploying and managing Kubernetes applications. It provides templates for Kubernetes resources and allows us to connect many microservice deployments together. Its charts ecosystem also lets us tap into best practices for deploying common applications, like databases or proxies without having to invest our own development effort.

This ticket is to create a Helm chart for LTD Keeper and LTD Dasher so that the Kubernetes side of LSST the Docs can be managed entirely through Helm.
