      Description

      As pointed out in RFC-372, the MasterCal files are better stored separately in /datasets/decam/_internal/preprocessed/masterCal/ rather than living together in the Butler calib repo /datasets/decam/_internal/calib/cp201302/. Move the files and reingest if needed.
