Set up custom LSST Stack installations on lsst-dev

      Description

      For testing purposes, the middleware team has to have an access to its own LSST stack installation on lsst-dev remaining under its full control.

          I set up two separate LSST stack installation (ver w_2017_33) on lsst-dev, one compiled with Python 2.7 and second with Python 3.5. To use any of them, run either

          source /project/production/python2/lsstsw/loadLSST.bash
          

          or

          source /project/production/python3/lsstsw/loadLSST.bash
          

          in the terminal depending on Python version one is interested in.
