            Waiting on CI to finish before merging. lsstsw is going to fail due to cfitsio failing to be build but this appears to be independent of the EUPS version.

            I've merged the version change into lsst / newinstall.sh and triggered rebuilds of the stacktest docker image for:

            • w_2017_32
            • w_2017_33
            • w_2017_35

            I just realized that we need to run shebangtron after an eups distrib install now to at least fixup pytest. I've patched docker-tarballs and am rebuilding the images (again).
