Map tickets from old teams to new teams

      Description

      Per RFC-385, please ensure that all tickets currently assigned to "old" teams are assigned to one of the "new" teams.

      The following direct mappings apply:

      • Process Middleware → Data Facility
      • Site Infrastructure → Data Facility

      The following will need manual intervention to map tickets to whichever team is paying for the work:

      • DMLT / Management
      • Project Science
      • T/CAMs
