      Per RFC-385, we have defined a number of teams and standard labels for use on JIRA. Please ensure these are described in the Developer Guide.

            Thanks. Merged changes to the Developer Guide, and also added a sentence to DMTN-020 (which I merged without review).

            Planning to do this initially via a CLO post, then migrate it into the Developer Guide and (probably) DMTN-020.
