Fully deprecate the Confluence DM Developer Guide

      Description

      The Developer Guide on Confluence has a deprecation notice on the main page, but most pages do not have deprecation notices.

      With developer.lsst.io, the Confluence version Developer Guide should be fully deprecated. This ticket is to make that deprecation more effective so that staff don't accidentally find its pages (people are still looking at pages in this confluence space).

      Strategies might be:

      • Archive and delete the entire Confluence space
      • Add deprecation notices to individual pages.

      This will need to be decided before work can begin.

            It looks to me like we went for option two. Everywhere I clicked I now get a deprecation message. Kian-Tat Lim did you do that? I think this ticket can be closed.

            The deprecation notice was added to the entire space on or before 2020-02-07.
