Description

The new change-controlled document release workflow uses the master branch as the integration branch, and v<major>.<minor> tags as releases. We'd like to have the latest release for documents featured as the primary version shown on a document's handle.lsst.io landing page. This will require some new functionality in https://github.com/lsst-sqre/ltd-keeper and possibly https://github.com/lsst-sqre/ltd-dasher.
