            Nate Lust, it's been a while since I asked you to review something.

            This is a pretty straightforward analogue of CoaddPsf for TransmissionCurves: basically just looping over all the per-epoch TransmissionCurves that overlap a point on the coadd and doing a lazy weighted average of them.
