      Add the small support classes needed to prototype Registries: DatasetType, the DatasetRef hierarchy, DataUnits, StorageClass, Quantum, and Run.

          I had originally hoped to write a unit test suite for these objects as well, but I don't think I'll have time, and it sounds like Pim Schellart [X] is already using them and fixing them as he finds bugs anyway.
