Description
Bring the current list-oriented version of LSE-130 into the camera-test-plan-oriented format requested by the Camera group, moving the old list(s) into LDM-272 for reference.
Negotiate what further work is required to make the document acceptable to the Camera group for CCB approval in time for CD-2. Nominally this requires CCB approval by 20-Oct-2014 in order to have an approved document properly released to the CD-2 committee.

Meetings with camera people on this topic occurred occasionally during the start of the cycle, advancing some detailed technical issues. However, it was not possible to address the remaining substantive questions of whether additional data products were needed until a meeting at Princeton October 22-24, 2014. It was therefore not possible to bring this to the CCB in time for CD-2.
The needs of CD-2 were met by a statement, derived from the Princeton work and the preceding summer's preparations, that DM's needs would be met by the delivery of the underlying quantitative results from the camera sensor, raft, and full integration tests (not just the pass-fail results).
Following this, a revised draft relying on that agreement was prepared in discussion with Pat Hascall. Following gpdf's move to IPAC the final draft was made available to the Camera for a meeting on December 12, and was presented to the CCB as a revised LCR-164 at its December 17 meeting. The CCB took note of the request and initiated formal review.
The Camera carried out its review between then and early January. A single request for change emerged, to replace an explicit reference to TAI with a reference to following the Observatory time standards in the OSS. The change was made and the January 21 CCB meeting recommended approval of the document.
LSE-130 is now effectively baselined, but will still need to be converted to SysML before the final document is uploaded to Docushare and signed by the PM.
