      Description

      This captures the ongoing work to fix the problems in PSFEx on good-seeing images.

      This could be handed off to Bob Armstrong when Robert Lupton has finished his part, or we could spawn a new ticket for it, depending on how much work/code Robert Lupton has to do before handing it off.

            Robert Lupton, Jim Bosch — what's the current story here? Has this work really been “ongoing” since October 2017? What is Robert Lupton's “part”? — that's not really described on the ticket.
