is float[6x32] adequate for Object variability parameters with special programs?

      Description

      The purpose of this ticket is to ask if DM should consider whether the float[6x32] for the characterization parameters for variability is of adequate size to express the additional timescales and depths covered by all possible Special Programs observing strategies. This study might be similar to e.g., DMTN-049 for photometric redshifts included in the DRP Object catalog.

      The nominal deadline has been set to 1.5 months prior to the expected call for Special Programs white paper proposals, but need not be resolved by then. Additional context for this ticket can be found in Section 4.6 of the DMTN study on DM and Special Programs, available at https://dmtn-065.lsst.io/
