            Of the remaining three tickets - the highest priority is  DM-12682 however a user guide for yaml camera would be most useful at this stage

            Following discussion with Tim Jenness , we both still think this is important work to complete. Documentation of yaml camera is important for supporting the community in defining additional cameras to use with the LSST science pipelines.  We also need to complete the migration of obs_subaru to yaml camera to demonstrate that two different cameras can have their geometry defined using yaml camera.
