      Need to run a grid of config parameters to find the best combination. Many of the defaults were adopted from SafeClip.

          Not an active concern.

          assembleStaticSkyModel was explored in prep for S18A. 

          A performance eval was done for dmtn-080.

          And the next set of config checking will be done for the obs_lsst DC2 for RFC-532
