In this epic we produced an algorithm which, when used in conjunction with a minimizer, determines moments of a source in the space of possible moments. In conjunction with this work a prior on realistic Galaxy shapes. Work to turn the algorithm into a measurement plugin was defered until such a time as it was determined how this would fit into future Galaxy modeling. Future work may include looking into determining a more realistic prior on what is a star vs what is a galaxy as a function of magnitude, in order to have a single prior for both star shapes as well as galaxies.
