            Add showImageOrHiPS to Firefly API. 

            Both API showHiPS and showImageOrHiPS will be supported in python API.

            Gregory Dubois-Felsmann  please link to https://github.com/Caltech-IPAC/firefly_client/pull/21 and look for the API that support HiPS,  show_hips(...)  and show_image_or_hips (...) in 'firefly_client.py'. You may run 'examples/slate_hips_test.ipynb' to see how the API works for HiPS displays. 

            Please let me know if there is any concern. Thanks.
