      Create a new folder /datasets/hsc/calib/20171219/STRAY_LIGHT and copy the data from Paul's folder /scratch/pprice/strayLight

      Create a link in /datasets/hsc/calib/20170105/STRAY_LIGHT

      Check yBackground are available via Butler.

            yBackground is not set up for file reading via butler. The code uses ButlerDataRef.get("yBackground_filename"). May check with butler.datasetExists("yBackground", ccd=ccd)

            Following the suggestion in RFC-426, data will be stored in a directory of their own (/datasets/hsc/calib/20171219/STRAY_LIGHT). Links will be created in the calib repos as needed.
