      Description

      Change the main edition tracking mode in LTD Keeper for LDM/DMTR/DMTN/SQR documents that have adopted the new document release workflow (https://developer.lsst.io/docs/change-controlled-docs.html).

      Also exercise DM-13132 to delete the draft editions of those documents.
