      Description

      In order to publish this version please tag Qserv master tip with "2014_09.0"
      and then run:

      ssh lsstsw@lsst-dev
      		 
      # command below can't be runned in buildbot, as it doesn't support qserv_distrib build
      		 
      rebuild -t 2014_09.0 qserv_distrib
      		 
      # bXXX is provided by previous command
      		 
      publish -t qserv -b bXXX qserv_distrib
      		 
      publish -t 2014_09 -b bXXX qserv_distrib

            qserv_distrib is now integrated in buildbot (see DM-1247), so the 'rebuild'
            command is no more required. I've published qserv_distrib in official LSST distribution server.
