Fix warning in processEimage

      Description

`processEimage.py` currently loads the metadata of a simulated observation twice and runs the same code both times, except it only provides a mapper the second time. This generates a warning the first time the code is run, and is unnecessary because the second call provides the correct exposure with VisitInfo.

This is a fairly simple change that fixes a `CameraMapper WARN: I can only set the VisitInfo if you provide a mapper` warning when running `processEimage`. The warning was raised the first time CameraMapper was called to set the VisitInfo, but not the second time when it succeeded.
