The task is to create region files suitable for use as Firefly "footprint" definitions, representing the LSST camera field of view.

I plan to create three, at first:

• Full focal plane showing rafts, not CCDs;
• A single raft, showing the individual CCDs; and
• A corner raft, showing the guide and wavefront sensors.

Cindy Wang [X] has explained how to do this in a single file.

Firefly footprints are defined in relative sky coordinates, centered around (ra,dec)=(0,0).  This means, of course, that the LSST footprints will only be approximate, and should not be confused with a real astrometric calibration that will be available later on.
