There should be a simple UI action to permit transferring a filter or a set of filters from one tabular result to another, assuming that the destination table has the necessary column names in its schema.

E.g., if an ra-dec box has been drawn, or a region in a color-color diagram, it should be easy to reapply that same selection on different data. This could be expected to be useful when comparing different versions of the same dataset, or when looking at tables of data from different bands, or comparing Objects and DIAObjects, etc.

It would be very useful for there to be both UI and API support for this.
