Most (all?) of our testdata and validation_data use astrometry.net reference catalogs, which are configured in an odd manner (environment variables), have much larger errors than the new PS1/Gaia catalogs, and the LoadAstrometryNetObjectsTask API is different from the one for Indexed catalogs (for example, they do not easily work with the Colorterm system). It shouldn't be too hard to write some code to extract the relevant portions of our pre-sharded Gaia/PS1 catalogs and produce new Indexed refcats for each of these datasets.

Once we've done this, we can probably RFC a removal of all the A.Net related code from the stack.
