          Found an issue with handling of zero-size chunks in qserv. Temporary fix is to add those chunks to empty chunk list while John Gates works on a code fix within qserv. A separate ticket will be made for this issue.

          Needed to add zero-sized chunks to empty chunk list for Object, Source and ForcedSource tables. All queries and data looks good otherwise minus the issue of slow JOIN with Source. A ticket for that fix with statistics generation already exists (DM-12566) and will be the follow up to this work.
