Horizontal scrolling of table text display is broken in Safari browser

      Description

      When doing a catalog search, the table view can be either regular table with filter and sort features, but another mode is a text mode where the table is displayed as text.

      In Safari browser, the table in text display mode doesn't allow to scroll horizontally. (works in Firefox/Chrome though).

          This issue was fixed when we switched from `react-component-resizable to `react-sizeme` back in Feb of 2018. You can see that it's fixed for finderchart in dev: https://irsadev.ipac.caltech.edu/applications/finderchart/
          but not in ops: https://irsa.ipac.caltech.edu/applications/finderchart/

          I can see it's fixed in irsatest for Gator for example. So, based on your test, we should expect the fix also in next release of FinderChart , right?

          I guess you can mark it done then as this is fixed in Firefly.
