During a pull request or an evaluation of an added feature, it's useful to have a specific version of a Firefly app up and running.  

Add a job to Jenkins to build and deploy a Firefly app to a local k8s cluster.

This job should take as input; branch, env, and a label used to reference the instance running in k8s.
