      Description

      Modify usageplot.py so that it will print out the total node-hours of a reprocessing campaign given a list of slurm IDs. This code should be able to work with usage.py.

            Thanks for the question.  I'll be finding the node-hours from the data runs (so essentially finding the area under the steps).

            The code is ready for review and should be relatively quick, although not as quick as the previous ticket.
