      Description

      The goal is to address miscellaneous problems related to running DESDM packages under Python 3. This is a "bucket story" to capture the work of multiple staff members testing, debugging, and performing comparison runs.

          After addressing some more issues with the code, I was able to run successfully "hsc mini" pipeline using Python 3 version of the DESDM framework.
