      Description

One of the drawbacks to using scarlet (the new deblender) is that it is difficult to adjust the strength of the symmetry constraint (as a proximal operator). Because symmetry is just a linear operator that calculates the difference between each pixel and it's symmetric partner, it is possible to move the symmetry constraint into the likelihood.

This has the added benefit of allowing the deblender to use the accelerated proximal gradient method (APGM), which is known to have faster convergence. So part of this ticket is also implementing the APGM in scarlet.
