            more issues related to footprint/marker rendering and operations on HiPS, 

            • exceptions occur when footprint/marker is moved, rotated, resized towards the border of the HiPS display
            • the footprint rendering is not accurate while HiPS fov  (field of view) changes.

            fixed a bug for marker rendering in which the circle representing the marker should be inscribed to the outline square, and the outline square is shown in yellow dotted style when the marker is clicked.
